Lately, I was searching for online opportunities. I stumbled upon many online scams but found some solid and trustworthy programs too. Scams offered fast and easy money with little effort on my part. Other products taught that there was no easy way, no shortcuts to online success. It requires a great deal of determination and a lot of hard work to succeed online.
So after doing my research I decided to settle on my #1 recommendation site and begin to learn how to set up my blog.
Then an acquaintance approached and offered me to join AdClick Xpress. She opened the AdClick Xpress login page, logged herself in and showed me how she had earned quite a lot of money on it.
For sure, it looked lucrative so I decided to register myself too. After all, it takes only about half an hour work every day and you can make $1000’s. So why not?

AdClick Xpress (ACX) is an online platform that is supposed to connect businesses with their customers in a win-win situation. Businesses pay to get views to their websites. People earn money by watching those business ads. So it’s like win-win-win case. Businesses win as they get more views. Ordinary people win as they can invest and make easy money online. AdClick Xpress wins too, selling services to both, businesses, and ordinary people.
2. Who Made it?
AdClickXpress is a product with many names. It makes things confusing for a customer. So let me clarify. At first it was called Just Been Paid. When the product failed, it was renamed Profit Clicking. After Profit Clicking failed, it was renamed AdClick Xpress.
The man behind the product is Frederic Mann who is known as a genius mathematician. In the previous years, he was bragging that he had created a foolproof formula how ordinary people can succeed and make money online.
Yet most of his products have been considered scams and there are huge numbers of complaints against him. All this should make you cautious about him and his AdClick Xpress too.
3. AdClick Xpress Features

- 2% per each purchased ad-package position on weekday
- 1% per each purchased ad-package position on weekends.
- An Ad-package Position costs $10 and expires after 88 days.
- You can purchase unlimited number of ad package positions.

4. How do You Earn With AdClick Xpress?
Registration to AdClick Xpress is Free but to earn money you have to invest minimum $10 to purchase your first Ad-Package Position. You can use a credit card or some payment processor (OKPay, SolidTrustPay, etc.) to purchase it.
After that, you can start making money. For this, you have to watch 3 ads every day and it makes you 20 cents/day. You can watch more ads if you want, but it does not make you more money.
20 cents a day does not look much.
Right, but remember, your position holds 88 days before it expires. In 88 days, you have 64 weekdays and 21 weekend days. Thus after 88 days you make:
64 x $0.20 + 24 x $0.10 = $15 which means $5 profit.
Again, $5 in almost 3 months is not much. But this $5 comes from only 1 ad-package position. If you invest $100 and purchase 10 positions, you make each day $2. After 88 days when these positions expire, you have $50 profit.
This is already better, right? If you are willing to invest $1000 you make every day $20 just by clicking 3 ads. After 88 days, you have made $500 profit. It is pretty nice already, especially for 10 minutes work every day.
So you see, the numbers add up quickly. This is why people prefer to invest money into AdClick Xpress. You can earn big sums pretty fast.

You were right, 2000 positions. So let’s do the calculation. Just clicking on 3 ads each day you earn $400 per day. Nice income, isn’t it? So what will happen after 88 days when these packages expire?
With 2000 ad-package positions, you make $9,600 profit in about 3 months! This is $3,200 a month. Don’t you like it? It is clearly extremely lucrative. This is why so many people join AdClick Xpress each day.
But you say: “I don’t have $1000 or even $100 to invest.”
So what people usually do, is they start with small amounts, purchasing one or few positions only. After they make enough profit, they don’t cash it out but purchase additional positions.
Let’s say you purchase 2 positions with $20. After 88 days these positions expire but you have made $30. And instead of cashing it out you purchase 3 new positions.
This is how people buy more and more positions and make more and more money.
The problem here is that it takes a lot of time to build up your revenue. If you spend only $10 to purchase just one ad-package position, it takes you 2 full years to make $300 profit.
As you see from the table, after 2 years it will become easier and the number of positions that you are able to purchase, grows very fast. But the slow beginning is the main reason why people prefer to invest their money.
5. AdClickXpress Affiliate Program
In addition to purchasing AdClick Packages there is another way to make money within AdClick Xpress. And this is is their affiliate program.
AdClickXpress pays you 10% of all purchases made by your referrals. They also pay you additional 5% for any referrals they make.
Let’s say you get your friend Jim register AdClick Xpress under you. Jim wants to start a bit faster and purchases 10 positions right away. He pays $100 total and AdClickXpress pays you 10% from it. So you have just made $10 from your referred person’s purchases. This is enough to purchase yourself one more position. But if Jim chooses to purchase another 1000 positions ($10,000) you make $1000 from him.
Now let’s say Jim gets his friend Carl to join AdClickXpress. For every position that Carl purchases, you make 5% (50 cents). If Carl purchases 50 positions ($500), you make additional $25. And you don’t have to do anything!
6. Why Should You Be Cautious?
The way to make money within AdClick Xpress is pretty impressive, isn’t it?Fast and easy money attracts thousands every day to join the program.
Everything looks smooths and bright until you want to withdraw your earnings. If you want to withdraw small sums, it’s even fine and you may succeed. But this is strategic. Small amounts that you are able to withdraw confirm you that the system is reliable and you want to make bigger investments.
As soon as you want to withdraw bigger sums of money, you run into problems. The only message that you see on the screen, is “Pending”. There are tons and tons of complaints that people are not able to withdraw their money.
This is what my friend experienced, too. She showed me how much she had earned within the program. To confirm me even more, she showed that she wanted to withdraw. What I saw on the screen, were few “Pending’s”. She confessed that it was difficult to withdraw money from AdClick Xpress.
So you do your job and click diligently through the ads. Companies get their views. But your money, your dream income is only on your computer screen. You can enjoy watching it or even show your friends how much you have earned. But you are not able to change it into cash. It is just a “fake money” that you have.

My comment: This case is different from the previous ones. But it helps to shed light on tactics used in AdClick Xpress. You think that you have money in your E-wallet but suddenly it is gone and you cannot do anything about it. You should be aware of these things if you want to earn within AdClick Xpress platform.
8. Buying Advice?
My recommendation is: Stay away from it. Don’t touch it. It is just another “Get Quick Rich” scheme to trick you into the system and then free you from your hard earned savings. There are way too many who have got burned and you should not be one of them.

There are claims that AdClick Xpress has improved its services and its newest XpressShift is underway. The company has seen many, many XpressShifts over the past few years so it remains to be seen if this one will be going to work.
You can find both, positive and negative feedback about the latest XpressShift of ACX. There are still those AdClick Xpress members who arenot able to withdraw their funds.
Over the past years, AdClick Xpress has done a lot of harm to thousands of people. They have robbed their investments. If AdClick Xpress is an honest business as they claim, they should remedy their faults. Also, it is theirs to prove that they are trustworthy.
But at least there is hope that maybe things will get better. Time will tell. At the moment, you have to be very cautious if you choose to join them.
1. Without investing your funds, it takes for ages until you start earning serious money with ACX. And are you able to withdraw your earnings? Nobody knows.
2. Bringing in new referrals helps you increase your revenue. But do you feel comfortable promoting an untrustworthy investment opportunity to your relatives, friends and others? I don’t.

Even in March 2015, I still DO NOT recommend anybody to join it.
